(Zu meiner Situation: Ich bin Lehramtsstudent kurz vor der Bachelorarbeit)Der Sammelband "Kommunikation in der Schule", herausgegeben von Ines Vogel, birgt viel Potenzial! Die Aufteilung in die drei Bereiche (grundlagenorientierter und anwendungs-/praxisorientierter Bereich bzw. ausgewählte Kommunikations- und Interaktionssituationen im Schulkontext) macht Sinn und ist logisch aufeinander aufbauend. Die einzelnen Unterkapitel decken weite Bereiche der Kommunikation ab: angefangen bei Grundlagen der allgemeinen Kommunikation über non-verbale Kommunikation, aber auch von Medieneinsatz bis hin zu Mobbing. Ich finde es gut, dass Kommunikation nicht als engstirnige Kompetenz gesehen wird, sondern weitaus breiter gefächert ist und viele Teilaspekte des Lehrberufs miteinschließt.Ein wenig aufgestoßen ist mir jedoch (und deshalb der Sternabzug), dass nur eine einzige Autorin (von insgesamt 18 AutorInnen!) auch tatsächlich eine Lehramtsausbildung absolviert hat. Das soll nicht heißen, dass die anderen Beiträge weniger Qualität oder Richtigkeit aufweisen. Aber man merkt als angehender Lehrer beim Lesen, dass hier hauptsächlich Psychologen und Erziehungswissenschaftler und eben keine Lehrer am Werk waren. Es gibt teilweise zu wenig Praxisbezug. Manche Modelle sind zu theoretisch ohne direkte Beispiele aus/für der/die Schule zu nennen.Wie bereits angedeutet, sollen diese Kritikpunkte keineswegs die Qualität des Werkes infrage stellen. Es ist informativ, gut zu lesen und definitiv hilfreich bezüglich mancher Probleme, die auf fehlender/falscher Kommunikation beruhen. Teilweise muss jedoch aus Lehrersicht etwas um die Ecke gedacht werden - hier fehlt der direkte Praxisbezug etwas.
Viel Gerede, nur heiße Luft. Bringt den Lernenden nicht weiter
